ReCompress has been at the forefront in the production of custom cylinders. Traditionally our cylinder designs are engineered to customer specifications, engineered to minimize installation costs, using the most modern design techniques and designed to solve a problem.

Our goal is to design a cylinder to be a functional equivalent to the existing cylinder, utilizing industry best practices and improved performance.

To this end, ReCompress will conduct an engineering design review prior to starting the design of the cylinder and upon completion of the engineering phase prior to releasing the design for production ensuring all expectations are met.

The Recompress designed cylinder will be engineered to minimize installation costs and inventory costs. The cylinder will be designed with the existing centerline dimensions, flange locations, and cylinder mating bolt patterns.

In addition, ReCompress will endeavor to design all internal components such as valve, piston, piston rod, connecting rods, crossheads etc.
